  • Finalised the partnership including agreement negotiation and rights structuring

  • Day-to-day partnership support for launch, implementation and commercialisation for both parties

The results:

  • The partnership was consummated run for a full term.

  • Both parties experience exceptional growth in brand health and commercial performance

  • A more expansive deal was being contemplated when the client as subject of a global merger and the deal fell through.
